Question 1: What's the requirement of the paper format?
Answer: Please click "Call for Paper" to download the template.

Question 2: Does the conference accept papers in Chinese?
Answer: No, it doesn't.The conference only accepts papers in English.

Question 3: What's the limit for page counts?
Answer: Normally we expect the paper no more than 4 pages. If the paper 4 pages, the extra fee will be required. Except the best papers, most papers are strictly required to be no more than 4 pages.

Question 4: Can I submit the paper to other journals or conferences?
Answer: No, you can't.If your paper was accepted by the Conference Organizing Committee, the copyright of your paper would be transferred to IEEE. And the paper will be published by IEEE CS and all papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI and ISTP.

Question 5: Is the time of notification extended?
Answer: No, it isn't. We will inform you whether your paper is accepted or not on 31 Dec. 2009 by email. If you have not received the notification at that time you can check online by yourself.

Question 6: What's the discount policy£¿
Answer: There is no discount whether you participate in the conference or not. Only if you are the member of IEEE, you could get some discount.

Question 7: Could someone without papers attend the conference?
Answer: Yes, you are welcome to attend the conference. For the sake of convenience, you'd better pay the registration fee in advance.
